During this Autumn Equinox Weekend Retreat, Sally will guide you using a number of restorative techniques to enable you to harness your energy to sustain you through the cooler, darker, Autumn months. During this Weekend Retreat you will practice gentle Hatha Yoga poses, breathing exercises, and Guided Visualisation Meditations, to help you to become calmer, clearer and more confident.
The Autumn Equinox brings the ideal opportunity to consider which parts of your life energies you, whilst recognizing other aspects which may not be serving you. As the trees begin to shed their leaves, so too must we release the old in order to maintain our energy levels and make space for the new next Spring. By refining your goals, now that you have more of an idea of what is working for you and what is necessary to let go of, you will leave this weekend with a renewed sense of direction, clarity and calm.
