Claire Baker, of YBFIT Training and Linda Salt-Berrymen bring you this weekend retreat with a perfect balance of activities and relaxation! Offering a mixture of Pilates, Yoga, Belly dancing and QiGong and Walking, there’s no doubt you will leave feeling relaxed and also rejuvenated. Claire and Linda are experts in the fitness industry, with a combined experience of over 50 years studying and teaching numerous disciplines.
What It's All About?
To kick off your retreat, you’ll meet Linda and Claire at 11am for a welcome drink, introductions and a tour of the facilities. At 11.30 Linda will lead getting to know each other fun veil and belly dancing class. We will then open a discussion on mindfulness and being present.
After a healthy buffet lunch Claire and Linda invite you to join them again for a Yoga class followed by a Pilates class to end the afternoon. These classes will be delivered with plenty of options and aimed at all levels
The next day commences with an invigorating walk to include QiGong breathing as you move also allowing you to enjoy the beautiful scenery surrounding the Champneys Spa. Claire and Linda will then lead a Yogalates class which will bring a fusion of both Pilates and yoga postures, followed by a Soft Ball Pilates class, finishing with a Stretch and Stillness Class.
Arrival from 11.00am for a welcome drink and guided tour of the facilities (programme starts at 11.30am), depart 4pm the following day

There is a minimum number of people required for the break to run. Breaks will be cancelled if numbers are insufficient 2 weeks before the start of the break.
