Claire Baker, of YBFIT Training and Lesley Sofflet bring you this weekend retreat with a perfect balance of activities and relaxation! Offering a mixture of Pilates, Yoga Flow, Barre and Walking, there’s no doubt you will leave feeling rejuvenated. Claire and Lesley are experts in the fitness industry, with a combined experience of over 40 years studying and teaching numerous disciplines.
What's it all about?
To kick off your retreat, you’ll meet Lesley and Claire at 11am for a welcome drink, introductions and a tour of the facilities. At 11.45 Lesley will lead a Barre class.
After a healthy buffet lunch Claire and Lesley invite you to join them again for a Body Flow class followed by a Pilates class to end to afternoon.
The next day commences with an invigorating walk allowing you to enjoy the beautiful scenery surrounding the Champneys Spa. Claire and Lesley will then lead a Barre Floor Work class followed by a Soft Ball Pilates class, finishing with a Stretch and Stillness Class.

There is a minimum number of people required for the break to run. Breaks will be cancelled if numbers are insufficient 2 weeks before the start of the break.
