This 1 day yoga retreat is led by Sue Fuller, a leading yoga teacher, columnist for the Yoga Magazine, course author for the BSY and creator of the Yoga 2 Hear range of audio Yoga Classes.
What It's All About
The day retreat will leave you feeling cleansed, restored and ready to leap forward into the New Year with a fresh and vibrant approach.
This day includes two practical yoga sessions, the first one will teach postures and techniques to help cleanse the body and clear the mind. The second session will work on reducing stress and tension and restoring health to the body through held floor based postures and techniques.

Did You Know
Yoga has been practiced for over 3000 years, it has stood the test of time for a reason. Originally it was practiced to help cleanse the body and mind so that long uninterrupted periods of meditation could be experienced. Through Yoga and Meditation, early practitioners could work towards spiritual advancement with enlightenment being the main goal. Over the years techniques have been passed down, they have been adapted and evolved to suit todays’ needs and requirements. Today we are able to combine modern scientific research with ancient practices and techniques, so that yoga becomes a holistic and healing practice.

There is a minimum number of people required for the break to run. Breaks will be cancelled if numbers are insufficient 2 weeks before the start of the break.
