This 1 day yoga retreat is led by Sue Fuller, a leading yoga teacher, columnist for the Yoga Magazine, course author for the BSY and creator of the Yoga 2 Hear range of audio Yoga Classes.
What It's All About?
The sessions will include flowing yoga sequences known as Vinyasas, and a selection of postures that balance and invert the body. The day will leave you feeling ready for spring and full of vitality.
The day retreat contains two practical yoga sessions the first one will be a Flowing Vinyasa class that starts with pranayama, the second will be a slow flow that finishes with a chakra meditation to help align the energy centres. Postures and techniques are selected to increase vitality, reduce stress and tension and increase feelings of wellbeing.

Yoga has been practiced for over 3000 years, it has stood the test of time for a reason. Originally it was practiced to help cleanse the body and mind so that long uninterrupted periods of meditation could be experienced. Through Yoga and Meditation, early practitioners could work towards spiritual advancement with enlightenment being the main goal. Over the years techniques have been passed down, they have been adapted and evolved to suit todays’ needs and requirements. Today we are able to combine modern scientific research with ancient practices and techniques, so that yoga becomes a holistic and healing practice.

There is a minimum number of people required for the break to run. Breaks will be cancelled if numbers are insufficient 2 weeks before the start of the break.
