What It's All About
This Yoga day retreat is suitable for all levels. During the day you will experience two practical yoga classes each including specific techniques and practices that will provide support and relief for a variety of ailments. The first session will focus mainly on postural issues, digestive health, IBS, PMS, muscular stiffness and lethargy. The second session will focus mainly on stress and tension, minor anxiety, insomnia, self- esteem and it will also teach you valuable relaxation techniques.
This yoga retreat is led by leading yoga teacher Sue Fuller. Sue is the creator of the Yoga 2 Hear range of audio yoga classes, a columnist for the Yoga Magazine and Natural Health and a course author for the British School of Yoga. Sue is an experienced yoga teacher and has been teaching yoga since 1997.
This retreat is set in a beautiful setting and will provide you with the opportunity to work on your individual issues whilst being in a friendly group; Sue will be available throughout the day for questions and advice.

Did you know? Yoga has been practiced for over 3000 years it is an incredible tool; that anyone can practice. Yoga teaches skills and techniques that can be drawn on and incorporated into everyday life. Yoga can enhance every aspect of our entire being. Techniques can be performed in various positions and being flexible is not a requirement for joining a yoga class.
Yoga has the ability to subtly remove old habits and allows new ones to form without practitioners really trying. Yoga also relieves stress and tension, enhances sleep, increases flexibility, improves posture and helps relieve many minor ailments and aches and pains.

There is a minimum number of people required for the break to run. Breaks will be cancelled if numbers are insufficient 2 weeks before the start of the break.
