What It's All About?
The Yoga day includes two yoga sessions, a welcome chat and a Q & A session with leading yoga teacher Sue Fuller. The first yoga session will explore the art of Vinyasa (flowing yoga sequences), moving in such a way synchronizes breath and movement, increases strength and flexibility and brings grace to the body and harmony to the mind. The second session is a floor based yin style practice which includes held floor based postures to help remove deep set tension from within the body, whilst promoting deep physical and mental relaxation. The sessions included within this yoga retreat will bring balance to both body and mind through two very different styles of yoga practice.
Led by yoga teacher Sue Fuller. Sue is the creator of the Yoga 2 Hear range of audio yoga classes, a columnist for the Yoga Magazine and Natural Health and a course author for the British School of Yoga. Sue is an experienced yoga teacher and has been teaching yoga since 1997.
