Kick-start your weekend with a series of low-intensity fat-burning exercises including leg toners, booty boosters and core strengthening moves. All have been selected and put together to work your entire body and to boost your metabolism ensuring calorie burn long after your workout is finished.
After your arrival metabolism boosting smoothie and healthy breakfast, you can discover the amazing fields of Eastwell Manor then head on to your first Barre class for the day to keep your body moving. Then you will have the chance to learn more about all the benefits of low-impact, deep muscle toning exercises while you can enjoy a cup of tea or coffee.
Later on, you can enjoy a three course healthy lunch followed by an easy afternoon relaxation in our stunning Spa.
To energise you for the afternoon, you can take part in a quick and intensive 30 minutes high-intensity session to experience the benefits of this type of exercise.At the end of your day, you can stretch your body out and relax with a Barre Stretch class before you head back to your everyday life.
