Amanda’s been running retreats for more than a decade, and is recognised as one of the UK’s most established experts in the nutrition field. She is also a qualified Pilates instructor and delivers a Pilates course within the retreat. What It's All About
This four night, five day Total Body Reboot Detox is the our most comprehensive detox and wellbeing programme on offer. This retreat can help you lose weight safely, de-stress, improve your gut health, boost energy levels and, most importantly of all - inspire long-lasting healthy habits. The daily Pilates sessions will help you to begin to sculpt and strengthen your body and improve posture. Many clients report that in just a few days they feel great with glowing skin and a flatter tummy - and that they feel inspired to make ongoing changes once back home. Average weight loss is 1lb-2lbs per day.
Amanda’s metabolism boosting menu helps reduce insulin levels and supports detoxification, which in turn helps to lower inflammation, improve energy and shift excess fat.
Daily activity begins with morning Pilates followed by an optional 45 minute guided walk in the quintessentially beautiful English countryside, followed by the first juice of the day. Thereafter, guests can choose from a wide range of classes from relaxing yoga or meditation to Zumba or tennis. A luxury 2-hour detox spa experience is included in the package, which supports the detoxification process. The programme also includes colon hydrotherapy (that can be swapped for other treatments if preferred) and a detox goody bag. Retreat guests are able to book additional spa treatments to enjoy during their stay.Each evening there’s a workshop session covering health topics such as gut health, weight-loss, beating stress and fatigue and practical demos on making healthy snacks and smoothies.
