Janet Thomson is a best-selling author, TV expert and an undisputed expert in her field. An outstanding life coach, her approach is informative, motivational and empowering. Janet’s already changed the way thousands of people think about food in order to help them slim, using mind-reprogramming in place of willpower – which makes her Champneys resident Jedi.
What’s it all about?
As you can imagine, Janet goes into even more in-depth analysis with her Four Night Placebo Diet retreat as she aims to change the way you think and feel about food. She’ll pass on her skills to allow you to control your brain and more importantly, how to change it.
Helping you to lose weight and to adopt motivational practices for all areas of your life, Janet’s practical techniques, nutrition tips and exercises will aid you in shedding unwanted habits and cravings. If you believe being slim is impossible, it will be.
Your time with Janet starts at 5pm on the first day, where you will take part in the first of five 2.5 hour sessions which cover the power of thought, the reasons why habits are formed, changing the way you think, an explanation of the mind-body connection and how to increase motivation and self-esteem. All talks from day two run from 9.30am - 12 noon.
You’ll also enjoy guided meditation. Through Janet’s advice and expertise, you’ll leave wanting to eat less, eating and enjoying the right foods and banishing those unhealthy cravings. This is her formula for creating life-long change.
