Helping you to lose weight and to adopt motivational practices for all areas of your life, Janet’s practical techniques, nutrition tips and exercises will aid you in shedding unwanted habits and cravings. If you believe being slim is impossible, it will be. But Janet can help you change your thoughts and, as a result, your habits. Ultimately, she’ll give you the tools to help transform your body with a range of techniques in her three hour long practical sessions.
Your programme will start with Janet at 5pm on the first day followed two workshops each day from 9:30 am -12.30pm. You’ll also enjoy guided meditations and a complimentary Thalassotherapy pool session. Through Janet’s advice and expertise, you’ll leave wanting to eat less, eating and enjoying the right foods and banishing those unhealthy cravings.

There is a minimum number of people required for the break to run. Breaks will be cancelled if numbers are insufficient 2 weeks before the start of the break.
