Daily activity begins with a fat burning workout, a 45 minute guided walk in the quintessentially beautiful English countryside, followed by the first juice of the day. Thereafter, guests can choose from a wide range of workout classes to relaxing yoga and meditation.
This juice based fasting and detoxification programme is proven to help the body rest and repair from the inside out. Results from past guests have included an average of 3-4lb weight loss, clearer skin, improvements to gut health and increased energy - as well as a new found inspiration and motivation to make healthier choices in their life!

Available at Tring in standard and superior rooms only but upgrades to premium or suite available on request. A minimum number of 4 required to run this break, and a maximum of 20. Should the minimum not be reached and the break cancelled an alternative or full refund will be offered.
