Discover British natural heritage with our Two Night Learn to Nordic Walk Weekend, where we combine the freedom of a walking holiday with a healthy slice of pampering goodness.
Learn the Nordic Walking UK 4 gear technique from the experts at NWUK
This course will teach you how to master the skill of Nordic Walking and maximise the results you can gain from this amazing way to exercise outdoors. Whatever your level, you will learn how to use the poles effectively, tone your whole body, add intensity and adapt the technique to get the results you want.
Guests must bring suitable outdoor attire and shoes. Must be able to walk at pace for a minimum of an hour.
Using specifically designed walking poles to make walking more comfortable and to avoid joint stress, this is a great all round workout. In fact, Nordic walkers use their upper bodies more effectively and burn more calories in the process. As you learn how to use the poles more effectively, our instructors will increase the intensity to help tone your body even further.
With five hours of Nordic Walking workshops, this retreat is suitable for all abilities. Equipment will be provided, however, guests must bring suitable outdoor attire and be able to walk for a minimum of one hour.
For good measure, you’ll also be treated to a complimentary Thalassotherapy pool session. Get motivated, get fit and get a taste of the great outdoors.

There is a minimum number of people required for the break to run. Breaks will be cancelled if numbers are insufficient 2 weeks before the start of the break.
