What It's All About This course is for anyone who can already swim and glide with their face in the water and would like to be able swim a smooth, fluid, and sustainable front crawl. During the lessons you will discover how to: ▪ harness the natural buoyancy of your body ▪ drastically reduce the amount of effort required to swim ▪ use rotation of the body to maximise streamlining ▪ recognise the importance of "preparing for movement"
You may also be a swimmer who is experiencing back or joint pain who does not respond well to your existing stroke technique. The lessons will take you through all the practices for front crawl using the Shaw Method glide, leg action, rotation, arm action and breathing.

There is a minimum number of people required for the break to run. Breaks will be cancelled if numbers are insufficient 2 weeks before the start of the break.
