What It’s All About
During the day you will experience two practical yoga classes, one morning feel good flow yoga and one afternoon yin and restorative, deeply meditative practice.
The first session will focus mainly on an organic flow of yoga postures working, stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. The second session will focus mainly on relieving stress and tension. Yin yoga is the feminine, passive, receptive, reflective, to help release blockages and increase your chi energy flow. Both yoga practices will be deeply nurturing and give you the opportunity to connect, your mind body and soul.
The day will also include two more sessions, one angel therapy session offering an insight and education about the Arch angels and calling in your angel guide, then to complete our day a soothing therapeutic south bath.
