During the weekend you will meet with Sandy for 7 group meetings and be given expert guidance on how to use the life-changing Mind and Body Calm techniques. You will be encouraged to always been physically comfortable and the meditation sittings will last up to 20 minutes – so you will find it fun and easy to participate. You will also have time to use the spa facilities and experience the treatments on offer, including a complimentary Thalassotherapy pool session, enjoy the delicious food prepared by the Champney’s chefs, and get some well-deserved rest and rejuvenation. Ideal if you’re new to meditation and consider yourself more advance.
