Sacha Clark is a reformed corporate marketeer who has retrained as a Happiness Facilitator, and the founder of Her Gathering. She curates and hosts events for women looking for real connection, shared learning and true inspiration. In partnership with Susanne Jacobs, she is your co-host for The Mind Spa.

Based on practical tools built from over a decade of research into the neurobiology of motivation and performance, The Mind Spa is designed to help you reset and reboot, helping you make the best of your mind by putting you back in the driving seat.

Programme Starts at 5pm, Depart Day Two at 4pm

There is a minimum number of people required for the break to run. Breaks will be cancelled if numbers are insufficient 2 weeks before the start of the break.
