Sandra Crathern: Registered Nurse,NLP Master Practitioner Life Coach ACC Accredited
In my thirties, I started to question my life; my marriage was in trouble, I was increasingly reliant on food, nicotine and caffeine to function and was becoming unhappier by the day. Someone suggested seeing a life coach. Thinking ‘what have I got to lose?’ I went. It changed my life forever. Today I am in a happy marriage, love and respect my body and have regained control over all areas of my life. I live a healthy life that is congruent with my own inner vision. My goal is to help others achieve the same. I firmly believe in walking the walk, not just talking the talk! I am a professionally trained nurse and have 30 years of experience working with people. Specialising in health and well-being has become my main passion.
Eleanor O’Brien: Yoga Teacher trained with Jenny Beeken, founder of the Inner Yoga Trust
Eleanor has been teaching yoga for 19 years. She has taught for Adult Education and in local sports centres and health clubs - Farnham, Alton, and Haslemere. She has taught yoga at Forest Mere for around 15 years. She has trained with Jenny Beeken, founder of the Inner Yoga Trust, which
believes the body has the intelligence to know how it needs to move. So Inner Yoga practice is taken from the classical asanas of Hatha Yoga which developed from this intelligence, together with the philosophy and spiritual aspects of yoga and endeavours to recognise the uniqueness of each individual and encourages movement towards greater vitality and autonomy. `If we are sensitive to the requests of the body, it will respond in an unexpected, effortless way` Vanda Scaravelli.
