Stress in the work place? How to stay cool, calm and collected under pressure
Nowadays we all lead busy and hectic lives which often includes multi-tasking at work and home whilst also looking to achieve a work / life balance? So when does stress become distress and then how does this affect your health?
This retreat will explain the effects of stress on your health and give you practical ways to reduce it. It will also cover how certain toxins are increased by stress and which nutrients are depleted by it. Managing such a wide range of responsibilities can affect so many different systems in your body including your immune function, heart health, skin, digestion and also reproduction. Dr Marilyn Glenville PhD will also explain how you can test to see if stress could be affecting your health.
Numbers are limited so that there will plenty of time for questions and Dr Glenville will be around to answer personal questions during the retreat.

There is a minimum number of people required for the break to run. Breaks will be cancelled if numbers are insufficient 2 weeks before the start of the break.
