Our exclusive women's health and fitness retreats provide opportunities for you to connect with other like-minded women, whilst enjoying accessible workouts suitable for all levels of fitness. We invite some of our top trainers to provide you with one to two enthusiastic and fun workouts each day ranging from dance fit to Pilates and HIIT to strength training. Motivation and mindset seminars with leading experts in nutrition, fitness and mindset add that extra-special exclusivity to your time with us.

There is a minimum number of people required for the break to run. Breaks will be cancelled if numbers are insufficient 2 weeks before the start of the break.
