Our health and wellbeing day with Janette Cardy is about bringing likeminded people together to work out, help each to get motivated, and to inspire each other. Also to work on not only the body but to take time out to relax and unwind. A fun packed day with time to socialise and to ask Janette ANY questions on health and fitness that you may be interested to know about. You can do as much or as little of the sessions as you choose. This is your day.
Janette has worked in the fitness industry for 20 years. She runs the very successful fitness company called Janette Cardy Fitness which provides a variety of fitness options such as classes, PT, online courses, health and wellbeing retreats, triathlon coaching, and motivational speaking. Janette has a positive approach to fitness and helping everyone to achieve their own individual goals. Janette is friendly and will make this retreat fun and motivating.
The stay includes:
9 am Arrive and enjoy a light breakfast

Foam Roller session
Talk with Janette
Optional time in Spa

There is a minimum number of people required for the break to run. Breaks will be cancelled if numbers are insufficient 2 weeks before the start of the break.
