More intense than our two and four-night options, by the end of the week you’ll feel fitter, more energised and inspired to make positive lasting lifestyle changes. Our calorie-burning boot camp is a fixture of our wellbeing calendar, we’re proud of the impact it has made on so many people. It really does make a difference.
Our boot camps are a world away from the stereotypical military style classes. There’s no shouting and screaming, just motivation in a controlled, fun environment. Our holistic approach aims to build healthy relationships with food and exercise; relationships that will last long after you leave.
Targeting your entire body, our diverse but fun programme of activities have been designed to improve your endurance, cardio levels, strength and general fitness. Our instructors are passionate about your fitness.
With a heavy emphasis on team interaction, you’ll enjoy between four and six exercise classes per day – inside and outside of the resort. Your programme will also include a blood pressure check, weight and body measurements, Champneys accessories, cookery demonstration, diet and exercise discussions, and a spa treatment for each full day and carefully balanced and calorie controlled healthy breakfasts, lunches and dinners.

There is a minimum number of people required for the break to run. Breaks will be cancelled if numbers are insufficient 2 weeks before the start of the break.
