Dawn McCarron, of New Dawn Wellbeing is a Pilates specialist and yoga teacher with over 25 years teaching experience in the fitness industry and is competent in teaching all ages at any level. Offering a personable experience that will leave you feeling inspired and motivated to move better every day. Her professional skills also include working within specialist areas of pre & postnatal, osteoporosis and cancer rehabilitation. She welcomes everyone no matter what experience and both beginners and improvers are very welcome on this retreat.

A daily programme of a fitness training session followed by breakfast and a health education talk starts the day off. Lunch and free time to relax, swim and unwind is built into the daily schedule and not forgetting a daily session each of Pilates and yoga to end and unwind each day perfectly.
Travel alone, bring a friend or partner, it’s all the same to us and we are very happy to accommodate the complete beginner to the more seasoned gym junkie and yogis alike. The program is flexible so that you can join just the fitness program, only the wellbeing program or enjoy the complete program. It’s your choice, a difficult one we know!

There is a minimum number of people required for the break to run. Breaks will be cancelled if numbers are insufficient 2 weeks before the start of the break.
