This Fitness and Wellbeing Retreat offers a fully inclusive full 3 day/2 night stay with the collaboration of a fitness program and a full wellbeing program with the very best trainers.
Whether you want to find a new motivation to move better and increase fitness, kick-start a new program of training or discover a mind-body connection within a yoga practice and build a stronger core connection with Pilates this is the perfect retreat.
A daily program of fitness training sessions, Pilates and wind down with yoga is all included in this wonderful retreat. Not to mention the amazing fresh cooked food with a variety of choices to suit everyone, including special dietary requirements. Even with this full program there is time to unwind and enjoy down time so bring a friend or come alone to relax, swim, walk, cycle, take a Jacuzzi or sauna, the perfect way to spend a day.
We are very happy to accommodate beginners to the more seasoned gym junkie and yogis alike. The program is flexible so that you can join just the fitness program, only the wellbeing program or enjoy the complete program. It’s your choice, a difficult one we know!
Dawn McCarron, of New Dawn Wellbeing is a Pilates specialist and yoga teacher with over 25 years teaching experience in the fitness industry and is competent in teaching all ages at any level. Offering a personable experience that will leave you feeling inspired and motivated to move better every day. Her professional skills also include working within specialist areas of pre & postnatal, osteoporosis and cancer rehabilitation. She welcomes everyone no matter what experience and both beginners and improvers are very welcome on this retreat.
Reece Edwards, of Reflex Fitness, Ripley is a Personal Trainer with 6 years fitness industry experience. Reece says "I fell in love with personal training when I started seeing the huge impact on people's well-being both mentally and physically. The difference from the start of training clients to them reaching their goals includes achieving a different mind-set about fitness and exercise. I love what I do and love passing on my knowledge and guidance to help people feel amazing!"

There is a minimum number of 8 people required for the break to run. Breaks will be cancelled if numbers are insufficient 2 weeks before the start of the break.
