What it’s All About?
Our Champneys boot camps have been specially designed to make you feel fitter, energised and more inspired to make positive lifestyle changes. They offer the perfect motivational kick-start with the opportunity to have a personal gait analysis and food intolerance test.
Adopting the successful format of our six-night residential programme, the Two Night Boot Camp allows you to get to grips with what a boot camp at Champneys is all about. And if you enjoy yourself as much as we think, you’ll also have the option of extending your stay to four or six nights.
Our boot camps are a world away from the stereotypical military style classes. There’s no shouting and screaming, just motivation in a controlled, fun environment. Our holistic approach aims to build healthy relationships with food and exercise; relationships that will last long after you leave.
You’ll take part in four to six exercise sessions per day, and with a heavy emphasis on team interaction, activities offer the perfect balance of strength, endurance and stability training - inside and outside of the resort.
The programme also includes a blood pressure check, a diet and exercise discussion and carefully crafted healthy breakfasts, lunches and dinners. A kick start to lose weight, tone up and achieve your fitness goals.

If you find the retreat you were looking for is sold out, or your preferred room type is not available, call us on 0843 5611 943. We often have standard rooms reserved specifically for retreats.
There is a minimum number of people required for the break to run. Breaks will be cancelled if numbers are insufficient 2 weeks before the start of the break.
