Delivering a fun and challenging workout, Champneys New Boxing Bootcamp offers all the fun of boxing combinations and cardio routines. Led by professional, Paul Halpin, resident boxing coach at Forest Mere, it’s a fast and intense workout, but definitely worth it! Picking up techniques is relatively straightforward (you’ll quickly see an improvement in coordination!) and you can work at your own pace. As well as overall body tone and wellbeing, a round of boxing will leave you feeling energized with an overall sense of wellbeing.
Paul Halpin A former amateur boxer Paul had over 100 fights and represented England as an International. As a professional he signed with Frank Warren and boxed on bills with fighters like Joe Calzaghe at Wembley and Vitali Klitschko at London at London Arena.
He won his first professional title in his sixth professional fight and was nominated to fight for British and WBO intercontinental titles.
