Spa Day timings

• Arrive from 9am
• Depart by 6pm.
• Saturday matinee performance at 3pm.
• Evening performance at 8pm.
• Saturday evening performance is sold out.

Spa Break timings

• Arrive from 2pm
• Check out of bedroom and depart by 11am.
• Saturday matinee performance at 3pm.
• Thursday & Friday evening performance at 8pm.
• Saturday evening performance is sold out.

Treatments & Classes

• You can add additional treatments or any other extras in the next stage of the booking flow.
• You can also add fitness classes from our app after completing your booking, just search your app store for Champneys.
• The last treatment time is 8pm and last gym session is 8:30pm.

Cancellation

• When you book online, you will be asked for a non-refundable and non-transferable payment at the time of the booking.

• Flexible Booking Protection is available at the time of booking (this option is presented following your room selection).

Offer Terms & Conditions

• All bookings confirmed with full payment at reservations stage.
• Bookings cannot be changed for dates outside of the theatre days and are subject to availability.
• £30 treatment applies to pre-booked 20-minute massage and facial only and cannot be added in house. Please email corporate.bookings@champneys.com to arrange.
• Saturday night stays have the choice of viewing the 3pm matinee performance or 8pm evening performance, please email corporate.bookings@champneys.com to state your preference.
• All guests must be over the age of 16. 
• Please note that robes may not be worn for the performance. Limited spaces only.
• 1 x theatre ticket per person included.
