Arrival

• Arrive from 2pm at resorts: Forest Mere, Henlow, Springs and Tring.
• Arrive from 3pm at Eastwell Manor.
• Arrive from 10am at Mottram Hall.
• Option to add early arrival from 10am at resorts and Eastwell Manor.

Departure

• At Champneys resorts and Eastwell Manor, check out of bedroom by 11am on departure day, stay to enjoy the facilities and lunch, then depart by 4pm.
• At Mottram Hall, check out of bedroom and depart by 11am.

Treatments & Classes

• You can add your preferred additional treatments or any other extras in the next stage of the booking flow.
• You can also add fitness classes from our app after completing your booking, just search your app store for Champneys.
• The last treatment time is 8pm and last gym session is 8:30pm.

• Continental breakfast at Eastwell Manor.
• Full English & continental breakfast at Mottram Hall.

Lunch

• A well-balanced lunch.

Dinner
