About Raphaela

Raphaela Dyer is a registered Nutritional Therapist and Naturopath who works with a range of clients from elite athletes to people who just simply want to feel better and live a longer, healthier life. 

Her goal is to educate clients so that they can take the knowledge gained and implement changes into their everyday lives. 

She offers as much or as little support as needed, knowing that any amount of change can be difficult without the right guidance.

Raphaela also gained a degree in Psychology from the University of Oregon in America where she was on a golf scholarship. Raphaela is still a keen golfer having represented England, previous Hampshire county champion and England ladies champion of champions.

Training Tuesday

Training Tuesday is a dynamic running workshop designed to boost your performance and knowledge.

Each session includes a 30-minute talk covering key topics like technique, endurance, strength, and injury prevention, followed by a 45-minute practical session, including drills and a coached run. 

Whether you are a beginner or an experienced runner, Training Tuesday will help you improve and stay motivated.

Weekly Weigh-In Session

Join us for our Weekly Weigh-In Drop-In Session, where you can track your progress and stay motivated on your health journey. 

Each session includes a quick measurement and weight check, allowing you to see how far you’ve come.

After your weigh-in, spend a few minutes with Jamiela for a brief talk about your goals, challenges, and tips for success. This supportive environment is perfect for anyone looking to maintain accountability and gain valuable insights. Come by, share your experiences, and let’s celebrate your progress together!
