If you’re planning a hen weekend or girlie getaway, our Boot Camp with Friends is a great chance for groups to share a really special, memorable time together. With a unique mix of fun group activities, fantastic cuisine and of course a little pampering, it’s a great way to get fit and have fun, over two days and nights. Just gather eight or more friends for a great way to kick start your fitness regime, and have fun at the same time. We’ll be happy to tailor your break to your preferences, just give us a call.

You’ll be welcomed by your dedicated boot camp team at 2pm on your first day, and can change into our comfy flip flops and spa robes. After we check your blood pressure, you’ll be free to relax in our fabulous spa. We understand that physical fitness isn’t just about working up a sweat; it’s also about education, nutrition and making positive lifestyle changes. So throughout your two night break you’ll receive diet and exercise tips, as well as motivation and guidance, to ensure you all get the most from your stay.
As well as up to six hours of exercise per day, including indoor and outdoor activities, you’ll also each have a Thalassotherapy pool session. As for food, you’re in for a treat: you’ll have a delicious three course evening meal each night, three course buffet lunch and healthy buffet breakfast each morning. With access to up to 20 classes per day and unlimited access to our fantastic spa facilities, it really is the best way to start your new healthy living regime. You’ll leave Champneys at around 4pm (your room checkout will be 11am) relaxed and rejuvenated.
