The boot camp menu is calorie controlled and has been specially designed by our expert nutritionists to ensure you’re receiving tasty and nutritionally balanced meals and snacks throughout your stay.
The menu is based around providing 1,500 kcal/day for women and 1,800 kcal/day for men consisting of three meals and two snacks. This energy provision allows guests to fuel themselves effectively but still encourages a deficit for weight loss.
Boot camp food is delicious and often one of the highlights of the day for our guests! The plan does not include any alcohol or caffeine, so we advise you to reduce these in the weeks before your visit.
We’re able to cater for special dietary requirements, however, we need to know these in advance, as per the attached questionnaire. If you have any questions or concerns about the menu, please contact your boot camp leader who can refer your queries on to our nutritionist.
