Food Sensitivity Test (finger prick blood test)
Understanding your own personal food and drink intolerances, and the effects they could have on your health and wellbeing, is important to ensure you make the best possible choices for your diet. A food sensitivity test can have a hugely positive impact on your life by identifying relatively quickly, whether there is a particular food or foods to which you react, and therefore get you closer to eliminating your symptoms for good. Food sensitivities have been associated with a wide range of conditions including digestive conditions, sinus problems, skin conditions, headaches and migraines, joint pain, tiredness and fatigue.
This test includes an initial 15 minute consultation with our nutritionist to explain how the test works and take the blood sample. Results will be sent to us within 10 days. You will then receive a copy of the laboratory report detailing the 50 different types of foods with sensitivity markers. We shall then arrange a 45 minute follow up consultation in person or by phone. The results will be used by our nutritionist to formulate the most appropriate dietary and lifestyle advice and recommendations to address your problems.
