Julie will share her 6 Steps to Happiness as well as laughter yoga, relaxation, affirmations and visualisation techniques to help you live a happier, healthier, less stressed and more positive life
Julie Whitehead - Stressless Yoga and Meditation teacher, Happiness Facilitator and Laughter Yoga Trainer - will share with you her 6 Steps to Happiness. As a holistic practitioner passionate about health and wellbeing, she includes positive thinking, affirmations and works with visualisations to make life the best it can be.
