Julie will share her 6 Steps to Happiness as well as laughter yoga, relaxation, visualisation and meditation techniques to help you live a happier, healthier, less stressed and more positive life.
Julie Whitehead - Stressless Yoga and Meditation teacher, Happiness Facilitator and Co-founder of Laughter Network - will share with you her 6 Steps to Happiness. As a holistic practitioner passionate about health and wellbeing, she includes positive thinking, affirmations and works with visualisations to make life the best it can be. Having discovered your inner joy you will feel relaxed, radiant, raring to go, confident and happy.
