This course is suitable for complete non-swimmers.
If you would like to swim in a way that promotes good body alignment and strengthens the back and eases muscular tensions then this short break will inspire you. The focus of this programme is on quality and movement, ease and relaxation and will enable you to breathe without effort, correctly co-ordinate your arms and legs and move with style through the water.
