2 Night Beating Insomnia: successful sleep programme
This two night break is aimed at helping you sleep better, for longer and more efficiently. We will provide you the tools to understand why insomnia occurs, help you identify periods when you are most vulnerable to it, and teach you how to break free from the vicious cycle of, without the need for drugs.
This is a treatment break for those who are currently suffering from insomnia or those at risk for developing insomnia (e.g. those in high-pressure environments). We welcome individuals who are currently on sleep medications as well as those who are not.
