2 Night Stress Less Yoga and Laughter - for health and happiness
This weekend is a fusion of Julie’s work and passions.
Yoga brings balance to body and mind. Your mind and body are inextricably linked. Through yoga flow sequences you will re-balance your energy and relax your body. Through relaxation and visualisations you will calm and de-stress your mind, bringing about a feeling of peaceful wellbeing.
The Laughter yoga sessions are a combination of playful laughter exercises and yogic breathing. You will laugh like you have never laughed before and have lots of FUN!! This will lift your spirits, boost your health, happiness, confidence and self-esteem. At the end of this weekend you will feel renewed, rejuvenated with a new zest for life, radiant and relaxed.
