Our fitness master classes are an opportunity to try something brand new with some of the best fitness instructors in the UK and Europe. To take part in one of these classes at Tring you need to be a club member or be booked into Champneys.

Jeannie Finch

29 November to 30 November
Jeannie is trained in a wide variety of fitness skills including STOTT Pilates and Reformer Instructor, pre/post natal, Power Plate, thai boxing and kettle bells. She also launched the very first hula class at Champneys Henlow and Reebok Sports Club, London. This is complemented with a Diploma in Nutrition (BCNH). Angela is a enthusiastic and experienced group fitness instructor with 18 years of experience after being brought up in the fitness industry by her parents who owned the first fitness club of its kind in the 1980s. She used to attend all her father's aerobics class from the age of 5 until she was old enough to teach her own! She has her level 3 in Pilates and also instructs in step and aqua.
