Sarah was winner of the action UK new presenter search 2006. She has a strong background in dance and has worked professionally taking her internationally on many professional contracts. Sarah combines her years as a dancer with time in the fitness industry and now teaches, fusing together her dance and fitness training. Class times to be confirmed. Michelle Martin

07 March to 08 March
Michelle is an energetic and entertaining Pilates, Aqua and Poolates® Presenter, who believes exercise classes should be fun and accessible for all ages and fitness levels. Driven by a deep passion for Pilates and Aqua, she is the only certified Poolates® Instructor in the UK, having apprenticed directly with Poolates® founder, Rebecca Pfeiffer, in Florida, USA. Angie Newson

Angie trained with The Pilates Foundation UK and The Physical Mind Institute and is certified in Yoga with The Iyengar Association. She has studied in India with the Chanchanis in Dehradun and also in Pune with the Iyengars themselves. Carroll has been in the fitness industry for 17 years teaching a wide variety of cardio, conditioning and mind/body classes.
