Our fitness master classes are an opportunity to try something brand new with some of the best fitness instructors in the UK and Europe. To take part in one of these classes at Springs you need to be a club member or be booked into Champneys.

Join Jonathan Copp and Simon Mitchell for Spin and Stretch and Relax on the 27th and 28th September. Class times to be confirmed.

Helen Hamilton-Bradbury

04 October to 05 October
Join Helen Hamilton-Bradbury for Spin and TRX in Studio 1 on the 4th and 5th October. Class times to be confirmed.

Mel Thomas

11 October to 11 October
Mel feels it is a privilege to be a part of the Champneys Fitness Team. He has been involved in sports for over 30 years has competed at both national and international levels. He is a serving police officer and can assist with the preparation for the Job Related Fitness Test for any potential applicants. You'll get 110% buy in from Mel and he guarantees you a full on fitness weekend. Class times to be confirmed. Join Mel for Wakeup Workout and Spin in Studio 1 on the 11th October and HIIT and Spin in Studio 1 on the 11th October. Class times to be confirmed.
