Nathalie Cruzner

22 November to 23 November
Nathalie has been in the dance and fitness industry for over 20 years and is renowned for her fun, energising, uplifting and inspirational classes. A presenter all over the UK, Nathalie draws on her dance and choreography background and fuses it with fitness, sharing her passion, creativity and knowledge within her classes. In addition to her teaching, Nathalie has choreographed for & appeared on pop videos, stage and screen. Nathalie's classes will include Just Jhoom!, Zumba and Fitsteps. Zoe Charles

After graduating from the University of Surrey with a 1st Class Honours Degree in ‘Science and Management of Exercise and Health’, Zoe Charles started her career as a fitness instructor at Champneys. Steph Toogood

05 December to 07 December
Steph is proprietor of Hydro-Actif, specialists in water exercise education worldwide. She is ACE and AFAA certified and well recognised as an international presenter of water fitness. Join Steph for Aqua in the pool in December.

Neil Solmon

06 December to 07 December
Neil Solman is a UK/International fitness dance presenter and personal trainer. His passion and creativity combining the art of dance and fitness has seen him travel the UK delivering bespoke dance and fitness sessions to the general public and fitness instructors. Neil is also a master trainer, educator and presenter for flexi-sports uk. Join Neil for Latin Dance Aerobics, Fitness Fusion and High Intensity Aerobics in December.

Michelle Martin

13 December to 14 December
Michelle is an energetic and entertaining Pilates, Aqua and Poolates® Presenter, who truly believes exercise classes should be fun and accessible for all ages and fitness levels. She is driven by a deep passion for Pilates and Aqua, and is the only certified Poolates® Instructor in the UK, having apprenticed with Rebecca Pfeiffer, in Florida, USA. This unique water based Pilates programme offers a challenging mind-body workout for everyone. Join Michelle for Pilates and Stretch and Pilates in Studio 1.
