Free Standard Delivery: on orders over £30 (UK mainland only)
Please note: Next Day Delivery – Place your order by 12 noon Monday – Friday for next working day delivery (excludes public and bank holidays, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands). Please allow an additional 2 working days for delivery to Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and other remote areas. We’re sorry Champneys is unable to ship abroad or to P.O Box addresses.
We hope you are delighted with your Champneys order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we can offer a refund or exchange providing that items are returned within 14 working days of receiving your order. We recommend you send returns via recorded delivery and obtain proof of posting. Returned items must be unopened, unused and in their original condition. We may refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable. Please note that if you have purchased your products via Boots, you will need to arrange your return or exchange with them directly. Please complete the returns form included with your order (containing your name, address, order number and reasons for return/exchange) and return items to:

We are always very disappointed on the rare occasions our customers receive a faulty item. Please contact us via the customer service contact us form within 14 days of receiving the order for a refund or exchange. We will send you a recorded free post sticker to cover the return postage cost for the faulty item. If you request a refund or exchange, it will be processed within 10 working days of us receiving the faulty item.
Fourteen day cooling off period
You have the legal right to cancel your order within fourteen working days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. Where goods are delivered to a third party you may also exercise this right if you are able to return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. Refunds will be made upon receipt of goods, excluding the original postage costs, gift wrapping or any other additional services, within 14 working days. Please notify us of your wish to cancel via the returns form or contact us page.
