Champneys Forest Mere offers a versatile dining experience with a
range of dining options over three restaurants. The 'Terrace' restaurant
is a peaceful area serving Breakfast, Lunch (with a lighter diet selection
of salads) and Dinner all subject to opening and availability. It is ideal
during the summer as it opens onto a patio area that overlooks the lake.
The 'Spa' restaurant is located in the centre of the resort and
serves Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner on a daily basis. One of our
chefs is also available during lunch when you may select your own
ingredients and watch as he cooks it just for you. The choices
alternate between Pasta, Stir-fry with Dim-sum and Tortilla Wraps
respectively and the Spa Café serves refreshments and snacks all day.
Bookings for lunch and dinner are to be made on a daily basis at the earliest convenience
There is also our 'Mere' restaurant (formerly the 'Old House' restaurant),
which has been upgraded to 'Premier' fine dining. We serve a five course evening
meal with a complimentary glass of wine when you take your seats. This restaurant
is primarily for those guests who are staying on a Premier Package and is only
available for dinner service. At a supplementary charge, other guests may dine
in the restaurant but on an availability basis only.
We cater for all special diets and allergies and allow you to wear robes
at breakfast and lunch, but we ask our guests to dress for dinner. All of our
restaurants where open, are transformed by nightfall with soft lighting and
candle lit tables for the ultimate dining experience of great food at Champneys
Forest Mere.
