"I was lucky enough to have been given the opportunity to work for Champneys Henlow as a newly qualified Treatment Therapist in May 2003.
My day to day role as a Therapist began by carrying out treatments such as: massage, facial, manicure and pedicure to the high standard which was required for guests at the resort.
I then progressed to learn new skills, specialising in more than one product company, training at all the Champneys resorts in the UK.
Whilst carrying out these treatments I was keen to develop my skills and knowledge of the department further and training on the Reception Desk enabled me to do this.
My determination to thrive within a successful business was rewarded in 2006 with the promotion to Treatment Day Manager. A key achievement in this role has enabled me to be in control of the recruitment process within the Treatment Department.
At present I am continuing in this role and as a team we pride ourselves in providing Ultimate Client Care to our guests. Six years on I continue to feel driven and motivated by this ever-growing company."
