Gift Card Term & Conditions

• These Gift Cards are not cheque guarantee, credit or charge cards
• Valid activated cards are redeemable in full or part payment for merchandise in any Champneys resort, town and city spa or online at www.champneysgift.com (but not in Sainsburys stores).
• This card may not be exchanged for cash or other vouchers.
• The minimum amount required to activate or top-up this card is £25.
• The maximum card limit is £500
• No change will be given, but the balance may be applied to future purchases.
• In the event of 12 months of consecutive non-use the card will expire and any balance remaining will be deducted. (‘Use’ for the purpose of this term includes a balance enquiry).
• Champneys cannot be held liable for cards, once activated, which are subsequently lost, stolen or damaged.
• Champneys is not responsible for any unauthorised use of these cards.
• Gift cards may be exchanged for goods of a higher price than the value stored on the card on payment of the difference. For balance enquiries please check in our resorts/town and city Spas or online at www.champneys.com/giftcard or call 08703 300 300.
• Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights.
• Champneys reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time if Champneys considers it is reasonable and necessary in all the circumstances to do so. (e.g to change the scope of the Gift Card, service, notify of the services withdrawal or in the event of circumstances beyond Champneys control.) Any such change and action to be taken as a result will be notified to customers in advance in all resorts/day spas and online.
