A Champneys gift card is the perfect way to allow someone to choose their own gift, from gorgeous treatments to indulgent home spa products! Simply choose the design of card you would like to send, the amount you want to give and then add your own personalised message.

Can I still buy a voucher for a specific Champneys Day or Stay?

Yes. If you would like to buy a voucher for a day or residential package you can still purchase this as a gift voucher which will not show the cost.

Where can I buy Gift Cards?

Gift Cards are available to buy from any Champneys Resort, Town and City Spas or online at www.champneysgift.com They are available for values from £25 - £500

Where can I spend my Gift Card?

Gift Cards can be redeemed in all Champneys Resorts, Town and City Spas or online at www.champneysgift.com.

Can a Gift Card be used more than once?

Yes.

How will I know the value loaded onto a Gift Card?

When you buy a Gift Card in our resorts, spas or online, we will print you a special receipt to insert into the presentation card showing the value loaded on to the card.  You can check the balance of a card online at www.champneys.com/giftcard

What instructions come with the Gift Card?

Information is provided on the reverse of the Gift Card and on the back of the presentation card.

Are Gift Cards refundable?

No. As with our traditional Gift Vouchers, Champneys Gift Cards are not refundable.
