Sarah trained at Bodywork Company Dance Studios in Cambridge gaining a diploma in performing arts and then went on to work as a professional dancer taking her all over the world. Sarah broke into the fitness industry after having children and in 2006 won ‘Action UK’s’ new presenter search and then started to present at fitness events nationally.
