7 Night Boot Camp Break
A dynamic experience you will never forget, this 7 night Boot Camp has seen average weight loss results of 6.3lbs and 4.5 inches. By the end of the week you will feel fitter, more energised and inspired to make positive lifestyle changes that will last a lifetime. The week includes; blood pressure check, weight and body measurements, 4-6 hours of exercise per day, nutrition and fitness talks, a nutrition plan, 7 Champneys treatments, plus a dedicated team to motivate and guide you during the week and support you when you get home.
