" I have absolutely loved the boot camp at Forest Mere. It has been a hard week at times with some challenging sessions however it has been great fun. I have seen how my fitness has improved within a couple of days. The fitness team have been so supportive and encouraging. The food and accommodation has been excellent and I would definitely recommend Boot Camp to anyone wanting to improve fitness/kick-start a healthy lifestyle. "

" I was very apprehensive and the night before was terrified that I wouldn’t be able to do it, but they really do cater for every level of fitness and encourage you to push yourself without barking at you. " I was shocked at the amount of weight I lost at Boot Camp and will be eternally grateful for your part in that. " I have just got back from the most amazing week at the boot camp at Champneys Springs. During the week we had the opportunity to try a large range of exercises with support and guidance throughout. This helped me find something I like and for the first time in my life I can say I enjoyed exercising. Whilst it was exhausting at times, it is worth sticking with it as the results are amazing (I lost 13lbs in the week). All the staff were really helpful and went out of their way to assist. In particular, Kimberley who runs the fit camp was very supportive, she knew just the right things to say to encourage and motivate us throughout the week. I will defiantly be booking a repeat visit! "

" The boot camp has been a challenging, tough week, but no one was made to feel they couldn’t do anything. Our instructor was motivating, patient, understanding and pushed everyone to their individual limits and ability but with respect and encouragement. The nutritionist was so knowledgeable and passionate and gave excellent information, tips and insight. This has really made me change the way I eat and exercise - the occasional agonies are worth it. " I have just returned from Fit Camp week at Champneys a new woman! The whole week was extremely well organised, I didn't have to think about anything as the whole programme included all my exercise sessions, the most fantastic calorie controlled food and wonderful treatments to look forward to at the end of the day! All staff I encountered during my week were really friendly and helpful, especially Kimberley who ran the Fit Camp and was with us from 7am until after dinner at around 8.30pm and never waivered in her enthusiasm and commitment to helping us achieve our goals. The whole resort is wonderfully relaxing and a beautiful environment. I left feeling completely rejuvenated and motivated to continue all the things I had learned, thanks to the nutritionist and instructors, during my stay. Can't wait for my next visit! "

" The most effective corporate entertainment days are those which are memorable. We wanted to organise something which would be completely different to the usual lunches/golf days/spa days - a day out which would facilitate networking but at the same time provide a truly different experience. The 'fit day' arranged for us by the team at Champneys was exactly that - and it also showed our guests how they could incorporate some form of exercise into their everyday lives.
