Cholesterol Screening

Take the opportunity to find out HDL (good cholesterol level) and total blood cholesterol level in minutes, with a simple and painless test. Cholesterol is an essential fat required within the body for proper physiological functioning, and is harmless when the balance in the body is correct. However, sometimes this balance can go wrong. There are no symptoms of high cholesterol, and if left undetected can lead to coronary heart disease. The level can be corrected in many cases by small lifestyle changes. Your result will be recorded for you and explained by the fitness instructor, with future recommendations on how to control and reduce cholesterol levels.
