Master Classes

Champneys Henlow is proud to offer you the chance to participate in fitness master classes, taught by some of the top fitness presenters in the UK. The master classes have been designed to promote a sense of general wellbeing through regular exercise, illustrating the benefits of being active. Our top fitness experts will show you how to effortlessly incorporate physical activity into your daily routine, inspiring a balanced and healthy lifestyle. To take part in one of these classes you need to be a club member or be booked onto a Champneys day or stay package.

Jean has been a fitness instructor for almost 20 years, her education includes advanced fitness, 50+ fitness, aqua motion and 10 years of Pilates matwork and pilates training with the Pilates Institute. Class times tbc.
