Gamma Linolenic Acid is a fatty acid from the Omega 6 family. It is found in the oils of certain plants, such as evening primrose oil and borage (or starflower) oil. GLA is a precursor to eicosanoids, substances produced by cells in the body to support many metabolic processes. GLA may help to support hormonal regulation.

Champneys GLA contains oils from both evening primrose and borage. Each capsule contains 1050mg of plant oils delivering 130mg of GLA. It also contains vitamin E to support GLA activity as well as protect the oils within the capsule.
